REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I stand behind the quality of my products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me.
As this time, we only offer refund's as store credit. Custom items, such as items that are monogrammed do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your order, simply notify me with 5 days of receipt of purchase.
Refunds will only be issued if the following occur:
- poor craftsmanship of your product by fault of mine.
- product found to be defective in materials or construction.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and must be shipped back with delivery confirmation shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as return shipping. Please contact me first before returning an item back for any reason.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED IF THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED.
Once receiving the returned items that are returned via the above process,
I will determine if if a refund, credit, or exchange is to be issued.
